The Power Of Girlhood has had a tremendous impact on me and my family. In 2014 my oldest daughter met Ber-henda, and she became her mentor. She helped her with a major project that was essential for her to graduate, not only did she graduate but she graduated with honors. The Power Of Girlhood is a blessing. I am still connected to these amazing leaders. I love what POG is doing in the community to make a difference. I am especially fond of the IDOTG this event is amazing. I love how hundreds of girls come together and share topics that are near and dear to them. They don’t see color, religion, or any other identifier they see a Girl who will eventually grow into a Woman who will change the world. I am forever thankful for and Ber-henda and the collective!
